Udupi : The village accountant of Pernankila village was trapped red-handed by the Lokayukta while accepting bribe from a person for regularising a land.

A person had earlier complained to the Udupi Lokayukta police station alleging that the Village Accountant Harish N P was demanding Rs 10,000 to get the work done. The Village Accountant was trapped while he was accepting the bribe amount.
