Mangaluru : After food poisoning four members of a family at Jeppu Bappal have been hospitalised.

Those hospitalized are Ganesh (52), his wife Prabhavathi (45) and children Saurabh (20) and Pratik (18).

The family reportedly consumed some food made of moong dal and then ice ceam on Tuesday night before sleeping. However when the family members did not open the door in the morning, some relatives managed to open the door and found the four severely ill due to diarrhea.

They were then rushed to a hospital where their condition is said to be stable.
