House burgled, Gold worth Rs 95,000 stolen

Mangalore : The thieves have burgled a house near Badriya Jum’a Musjid, Kudpadi Road, Jeppu and stolen the valuables worth Rs. 95,000 and a new laptop.
According the police the thieves have broke into the house between 11:30 p.m. Saturday and 5:00 a.m. Sunday when no one were present in the house.

In this regard, the owner of the house, K. Sumathi has lodged a complaint at the local police station, in which she stated that the thieves had broken down the front door of the house. She also stated that she had been to a relative’s house and had returned home at 7:00 a.m. on Sunday.

The Pandeshwar police have registered a case investigating is on.
