Mangaluru City Gets Manjunath Shetty as Traffic ACP

manjunath shettyMangaluru: Former Shivamogga Deputy Superintendent of Police (DSP), Manjunath Shetty has taken charge as assistant commissioner of police (ACP) in Mangaluru city on Wednesday. Newly appointed cop will serve as ACP of city traffic division. Meanwhile, ACP K Tilak Chandra, chief of traffic police division has moved to Chikkamagaluru according to a transfer order from the state government.

Manjunath Shetty served as sub-inspector at Subramanya, Uppinangady and Bantwal whereas he was circle inspector at Bunder, Kadri traffic police stations earlier. He was also appointed as immigration officer at Mangaluru airport. He also served as circle inspector in Kundapur and as DSP in Shivamogga before his transfer to Mangaluru city.
