Bangalore: The second (final) PUC commence on March 15 and run upto 31st this year, said minister VH. Kageri on Friday at the Vidhana Soudha office, and added that all preparations were done.
He indicated that about 6 lakh students would be writing answer script during the period in PUC.
There were over 900 Centre for the exams, he revealed. A little over half of these PUC examinees were boys. There were first times, repeaters private students as well.
Half of them were in Arts and others party belonged to commerce, science and mediums of Kannada and English.
In fact, Kannada medium students in PUC exams were slightly more than those having English medium he explained with a touch of pride.
There were some sensitive and “over sensitive” exam. Centres, out of about 925 in the state which needed intense care to run smoothly.
A vigilance squad keeps a hawk’s eye on them to prevent mass copying or disturbances in halls.
Students have been told not to fear any exam, but prepare well and face them confidently write well and pass out in flying colours Kageri advised.
