Mangaluru : Former MLA and Congress ticket aspirant from Mangaluru North, B A Mohiuddin Bava who has been deprived of a ticket, has announced that he was bidding good bye to the Congress. He also joined JD(S) and filed nomination as a JD(S) candidate from Mangaluru North today.

Bava who spoke to media persons, was emotional on being deprived of a ticket. He said though the Congress survey results were in his favour, the KPCC Chief D K Shivakumar has ignored it and sold the ticket.

An emotional Bava said he was deeply hurt and therefore was quitting the party.
