MLA Khader wants to more funds for monsoon relief works

U.T.KhaderMangalore: Ullal MLA, U.T. Khader, told reporters on Saturday that the BJP Govt., had released Rs.1 crore only from Natural Calamities Funds, instead of Rs.10 Crores so far, in monsoon devastation.
The Congress MLA pointed out that many roads in city and suburbs were in bad shape in heavy rains. More funds were needed for their repairs and upkeep, in congested traffic.
A sum of Rs 11 crores is payable for earlier works done by contractors. What former CM did for Shimog dt.,the new CM(DVS Gowda) should do to his DK dt.,to make it a model district.
Khader wanted Yeddyurappa to go by the Lokayukta report on him, if supported Jan Lokpal bill.The MLA critisised the BJP, for its sentimentalism on Hazare who was less literate than PM Singh.
