Udupi : There has been no violation of model code of conduct by Tamil Nadu BJP President and BJP in-charge of Karnataka S Annamalai said Udupi’s Election Officer Seetha.

It may be recalled here that Congress leader and Kaup candidate Vinay Kumar Sorake had on Monday alleged that huge cash bag had arrived in the helicopter along with Annamalai.

The election officer said the helicopter by which Annamalai arrived and the bag he had carried were inspected by the FST-III team led by Raghavendra and Vijaya and that no poll code violation was detected.

The team also conducted necessary inspections even while Annamalai visited other places and no violations were detected, the release said.
