Radhika Pandit stamps her talent in Kannada

Radhika PandithBangalore: Producer Srinivas had invited news writers to a set of a street in a studio on Friday last, when hero Yogish and heroine Radhika Pandit were on the sets. Pandit related here experiences to copycats. After Deepika Padukone, it is her a pure genuine Kannada artiste.

Radhika is a proficient and promising performer, of real Kannada stuff. Daughter of Pandit Krishna, a stage actor and a Goan (mother), Radhika was discovered by Shashank for Small screen roles and later in 2008 for “Moggina Manasu”.

The film secured Filmfare award for Radhika as her first achievement.

She scored a hatrick (3) with 2 more awards in as many years, for ‘Love Guru’ and (in 2010) ‘Kirshnan Love Story.

This sustained Filmfare awards achievement separates Radhika from the rest of the female bunch.

She also received state best actress award. Yet, she is humble, ready to mix with people and reporters. No hassles, no tantrums for Radhika Pandit, a Saraswat girl.

Her first picture ‘18the Cross’ has not hit the screen yet but now exhibitors may be forced to show it.

She acted in C.Nagathihalli’s ‘Olave Jeevan Lekkachara’, and now bags his “Breaking News” main role.

From “Alemari” currently shooting, she moves to break news. ‘Addoor’ is another film she is in.

Radhika Pandit won hearts in ‘Hudugaru’, against four heroes in including Puneeth Rajkumar. She revels in emotional scenes.
