Mangalore: Three persons said to be belonging to an inter-state vehicle theft racket were arrested on August 9. The arrest took place near the Chowki junction,. Two bikes and a car have been seized and the  car is learnt to have been stolen from Padubidri.

The arrested are Shamsuddin from Talangere. Karim, Amir . Of the three, Amir is said to be a member of CPM Manjeshwar committee, and was wanted in connection with  two theft cases.
