Mangaluru: Dhanush K of University College Mangalore, has been provisionally selected for recruitment under Indian Navy’s Agniveer (Senior Secondary Recruitment- Batch 01/2022) scheme.

He will undergo training at the Naval Training Centre INS Chilka near Odisha capital Bhubaneswar. Training will cover academic activities, service related, sports as well as parade, sailing, swimming, cross-country, trekking, firing etc.

Dhanush is from Kootathaje, Varkady (Manjeshwara) and he is the son of Thimmappa Gatti-Rohini couple, informed NCC (Navy) Officer of the college Dr. Yathish Kumar.
