Kasargod :  Bekal police have recovered two kg of ganja from two persons  on September 11, Tuesday  at Pallikere. The autorickshaw used by the accused and a cash of Rs 4000 which was in their possession, has been recovered. It is learnt the police action was following a tip off.

The arrested are Abdul Naser of Melparamba and Mohammad Ashraf of Kumble Pathadka. It is learnt, they had planned to sell the ganja at Kanhangad. Of the two accused, Naser was once earlier arrested by the Kasargod police in a similar case. The accused have been produced before the Hosadurga court.
