Mangalore:  A delegation of the DK District Autorickshaw Drivers Association  met Deputy Commissioner A.B. Ibrahim on February 4, Tuesday and submitted a memorandum  requesting him to  regularise the auto parks located at various parts of the city.

The delegation while expressing its pleasure over the decision taken at the recent meeting  with regard to regularisation of the auto parks and also to asphalt, concretise or put up interlocks,  urged the DC for early measures in this direction. The delegation even thanked the DC for the decision to construct lavatories near at least 50 autorickshaw parks.

The delegation included Ali Hassan, Honorary President of the Association, B Vishnumurthi, President, Ashok Konchady, Working President, Prakash VN, General Secretary and  Alphonse D’Souza, Treasurer.

Mangalore South MLA JR Lobo was also present on the occasion.
