Mangaluru: Much awaited Tulu blockbuster ‘Dabak Daba Aisa’ to hit the screens on August 5, said the Director of the movie Prakash Pandehwar.
Speaking to the press personnel at Mangaluru Press Club on Tuesday, he said that the movie will be released in Dakshina Kannada and Udupi.
“First time ever in the history of Tulu film industry advanced ticket booking has been introduced. Multiplexes have come up with a special family offer of Rs 15000 for 60 seats. For the better understanding of the movie English subtitles are also included, which helps the people who do not understand Tulu,” he said.
Commenting on the piracy of the movie he said that it is an unfortunate development. CCB police are slowing down the investigation, the culprits should have nabbed by now.
In this movie Naveen D Padil plays a lead role with Debutant Sheetal Nayak, where as Devdas Kaapikad, Bojaraj Vamanjoor and Aravind Bolar play a supportive role in the movie. Dialogue was written by Shashiraj Kavoor, DOP Utpal Nayanaar, Music Rajesh M and Art Thamma Laxman. Dabak Daba Aisa movie was shot in the outskirts of Mangaluru and completed within 22 days.
Actors Naveen D Padil, Bojaraj Vamanjoor, Music Director Rajesh M and others were present.
