Mangaluru : Mangaluru City Police have arrested three bag snatchers and recovered property worth Rs 75000 on Thursday .

A police team headed by Mangaluru East PS PI Maruti Nayak, PSI Harish, ASI Shashidhar Shetty, HCs Venkatesh, Umesh, Prashant and Ashit, and PC Ravi nabbed the accused who were involved in five cases, of which three cases are registered in East PS, one at Bantwal Rural PS, and another at Manipal PS.

Police Recovered a stolen Honda Activa worth Rs 50,000, five mobile phones of different companies worth Rs 23,000 and other articles from the accused namely Anjaneya @ Vijay, resident of Janatha Colony, Suratkal; Koushik Devadiga of Kadri and Rakshit Kotian of Bejai, Anegundi.  They involved in five cases earlier.

The accused were arrested under the supervision of Mangaluru central sub-division ACP Uday Nayak.
