Mangalore: The District incharge Secretary for DK, B.S. Ramprasad has directed local department officials to take national highway repairs work on a priority basis, and to complete such work within a given time-limit. He was telling district administration authorities in a progress review meeting held on Wednesday.

After the action taken report is received by the Gok, the CM will inspect the work done, and so, the concerned officials should be alert, not to commit mistakes, he said.
Under maternity scheme for mothers only less than 50% women got their kits, but all eligible beneficiaries must receive due facilities he warned. The officials were asked to submit a 6 month report on this scheme.
