Kundapur : Three persons drowned in the sea at Kodi on October  26, Friday. On Bakrid day, one Riyan had gone for swimming in the sea along with his relatives Sayyed Ahmed, Abdul Khader and Arif in the evening. If Riyan drowned initially, the other three rushed to his rescue only to get drowned. Only one of them Sayed Ahmed was lucky as  he was rescued by people who rushed to the spot.

The body of Riyan is yet to be found and search is on for the same. Kundapur police have registered a case.
