Mangalore : Karnataka Housing Minister V Somanna laid the foundation for the multi-storied residential complexes proposed to be constructed by the Karnataka Housing Board at its colonies at Kotekar and Kudupu, on March 17, Sunday.
Speaking on the occasion, Somanna said the complex at Kudupu will have 27 flats including 24-2BHK flats, and three 1BHK flats. He also stated that the Kotekar colony will have 216 flats.
Somanna on this occasion, also informed that the District Ranga Mandir Project will be taken up by the KHB at Bondel on a 3.35 acre land. He also stated that the Ambedkar Bhavan will be constructed at Kottara Chowki. Rabies ward will also be set at Wenlock, Somanna added.
Deputy Speaker Yogish Bhat, District Minister CT Ravi, Monappa Bhandari, MLC were also present.
