Mangalore : Former CM DV Sadananda Gowda has said that there was no confusion in the party and all party workers would unitedly work for the victory of the candidates.
Speaking to press persons in Mangalore on April 20, Saturday.
The development registered in the state in the BJP rule will be placed for the people during the poll campaigning, DVS said and hoped that the people will support the party.
Countering the statement of union minister Veerappa Moily that he felt ashamed to introduce himself as a man from Karnataka, DVS however said he was proud to say that he was a former chief minister of Karnataka.
He further said Moily has contributed nothing during his tenure as CM of the state.
On the comments on the BJP election manifesto, Vikas, DVS urged the Congress to list out the achievements of the party in the past 50 years and questioned whether it was Vikas (progress) or Vinash (Destruction).
He also informed that Gujarat CM Narendra Modi was likely to visit the city for campaigning on April 28 or 29.
Shrikar Prabhu, Raj Gopal Rai and other BJP leaders were present.
