Mangalore :  Four of the accused in the Morning mist Homestay  attack case have been granted bail by the High Court on June 14, Friday.

The single judge bench chaired by Justice Anand Byrareddy, which heard the bail petition of Shreyas, Taranath Kumar, Rajesh and Shailesh Shetty, granted conditional bail to all of them.  They have been asked to furnish bonds of Rs 20,000 and a personal surety, The Court has also directed them against destroying evidences and also to co-operate with the police in hearing. They are also asked to be present during hearing.
