Mangalore: Two persons, both engineering adult students were taking a walk on the Suratkal seashore some one informed a Hindu organization that the two persons from different communities were getting friendly and needed caution, on Wednesday, Jan.15.

The Hindu outfit members rushed to the spot and are reported to have advice them not to be friendly again and later claimed that they had not separated them or assaulted them either. The city police commissioner who enquired in to the matter confirmed that there was no assault, so none could be arrested. Perhaps there was a little moral advice given by the Hindu outfit members who had intervened when the two persons were just taking a stroll on the beach as friends none to each other.

The police said that such an act could not be magnified as an unlawful behavior on the part of the couple and waved the obstructionist to go away.
