Bangalore : It is learnt that the Advocate General S Vijayshanker has submitted a report to the Chief Minister stating that Law Minister S Suresh Kumar has not violated rules  in the case of availing site from the BDA under the CM’s discretionary quota.

The AG submitted his report to the CM on Monday evening. Sources meanwhile, said there were chances of Suresh Kumar withdrawing his resignation on Tuesday.

It has also been learnt that the Accountant General has closely scrutinized all documents before coming to the conclusion that the Law Minister has not erred.
