Mangalore : District BJP  organised a protest in front of DC office on September 2, Monday  condemning the increase in petrol prices.

Pratap Simha Nayak, the District unit BJP President, who spoke on the occasion, said the Congress  government through its policies had hit hard the common man. He also demanded a roll back in the petrol prices.

Several BJP leaders including Padmanabha Kottari, former district president, Sulochana Bhat, Monappa Bhandari, MLC were present.
