Mangaluru : The “Chaali Polilu” Tulu Movie team celebrated its 511 days at Town Hall on April 12.

Former Vice-Chancellor of KSOU Dr Vivek Rai formally inaugurated the programme and said that, the Tulu people must encourage Tulu movies to take Tulu film industry to a higher level. The “Chaali Polilu” team made good effort for completing 511 days, he said.

Tulu Actor Devdas Kapikad said, Tuluva’s supporting whenever a new Tulu movie was released. Tulu film industry comming up. Most of the directors and producers giving good films to the industries, he said.

State Health Minister UT Khader said that Tulu movies and dramas can be the best medicine to get rid of tension, he opined.

Journalist Jagannath Shetty Bala and The entire cast and crew of “Chaali Polilu” was felicitated on the occasion.

Dr. Hansaraj Alva launched the upcoming Tulu movie of Jayakirana Films “Dabak Dabaa Aisa” audio cd.

In his address Dr Hansraj Alva wished success to the entire team of “Dabak Daba Aisa” and hoped it would reach 1,000 days in the city.
