District BJP Mahila Morcha held stir against collapsed law and order and harassment on police officials

BJp-Mahila-ProtestMangaluru: Dakshina Kannada District BJP Mahila Morcha held protest against the harassment on police officials and collapsed law and order in the state.

Addressing the gathering Mahila Morcha District General Secretary, Roopa D Bangera said that the government haven’t deserved to keep efficient officer’s in post.

“There is no protection for woman officers in this state. Someone publically challenges and threatens a woman DC and even after filing FIR that person doesn’t gets arrested. Every day there will be some news of irregularities. The government have failed to keep the system protected. The law and order in the state have been collapsed,” he said.

“DySP Ganapathi was an honest and efficient officer. We Mangalurians know him very well. The government haven’t waked up yet. The Morcha demands for the resignation of K J George and culprits of Anupama Shenoy harassment case,” she added.

State working Committee Member ulochana Bhat said that CM and Home Minister are backing K G George and others. This is a trickery move from the government to protect those people from sitting behind the bars.

District BJP President Sanjeev Matandoor, ZP President Meenakshi Shantigodu, Umanath Kotian and others were present.
