Mangalore : Diya System Pvt Ltd., a subsidiary of GlowTouch Technologies has achived the ISO 9001:2008 quality Management System Certification for providing IT and IT Enabled Services, said Project Director Divakar Alva.

Addressing the press meet held at Press Club on July 22, Monday, he said that the ISO certification is globally recognized and the assessment process for the certification began with Diya Systems embarking on an internal and external auditing process that determines eligibility. Once an auditor reviewed Diya’s sites, functions, products, services and processes, they provided a list of opportunities for development. Upon completion of the list, Diya’s management system resulted in enhanced productivity and even more efficient and effective operational standards.

Alva said that the ‘Registration Audit ‘was performed by ‘GMSQR certification Pvt Ltd’ and Accredited by the American International Accreditation Organisation. The ISO certification is not a onetime recognition and requires renewal for every three years with constant adaptation to the higher quality standards. The certification for Diya systems has been effective from July 10, 2013 and lasts on July 2016.
