Mangalore: There has been some headway into the investigations into the case of murder of Pumpwell Ganeshotsava Samithi President Ganeshram Suvarna. Police have arrested three persons namely Mohith Kumar of Adyar Padavu, Jitin Bhandary of Shaktinagar, and Pavan Kumar of Udayanagar in Mangalore.

Police said this was a murder for gain and the accused had escaped with the gold valuables and cell phone of the accused along with the bike too which however was found abandoned later on near Kadri Temple. Police have also recovered valuables including a pendant, a golden amulet, a golden chain, ring and a cell phone from the arrested. Investigations are in progress.
