Mangaluru: The Inaugural function of LabVIEW System Engineering Software Hands – on Training, LSET – 2018, Department of Aeronautical Engineering was held on 16th January 2018 in Srinivas Institute of Technology, Valachil, Mangaluru.

Dr. K V Gangadharan Professor, Mechanical Engineering, Center for System Design, NITK Surathkal, Mangaluru, was the Chief Guest of the function. Dr. K V Gangadharan in his inaugural address to the participants mentioned the importance of Labview system software, in various researches.

Dr. Shrinivasa Mayya D, Principal who presided over the function, wished the participants for upcoming sessions and suggested the participants to get maximum experience of the FDP.

Dr. Ramakrishna N. Hegde, HOD of Aeronautical and Automobile Engineering, in his speech advised the participants to involve in the hands on activities, so that participants can get the knowledge.

Faculty advisers, Mr. DeepakRaj welcomed the gathering. Mr. Jerome Anthony, introduced the chief guest. Coordinators, Mr. Srinidhi Kukkila delivered the overview of workshop and Mr. Jagadeesh B. delivered the vote of thanks. Master of ceremony was done by Miss Pavana K.

More than 50 teaching staffs and research scholars of different institutions were participated in the one week FDP.
