Mangalore : the DK Quzi T.A. Musliyar resumed his rounds of the coastal district with T.R. Foundation members, to knew more about Muslim families affected by physical and economic disabilities.
He went to Puttur taluk and meet 5 persons in a single family, bodily challenged in chennar Paltad village. Mother Bibi Jan was struggling to take care of 4 men and women aged between 25 and 35 years, suffering since 6 year due to paralysis and crawsting.
3 monthly challenged kids in M. Rafiq’s family moved the Quzi to pray for them. The Muslim community should help such families, Quzi said in agony.
Khatibs and Jamaat members were expected to visit them he said. A school for disabled would opened at chattanjal Kasaragod shortly Quzi informed.
Similar schools will come up in DK as per plans afoot. He then participated in a cleanliness campaign in Nandavar.
