Udupi : Former chief minister DV Sadananda Gowda inaugurated the Udupi District BJP convention at Town Hall on December 23, Sunday.
Speaking on the occasion, Gowda said what people want from their elected representatives was good works and development and not petty politics.
He said the Sakala scheme introduced during his term, was a scheme chalked out by the party and not his achievement. However, some people are claiming it as their achievement, he added.
