Mangaluru: Due to the Lock Down and long missing regular academic activities Canara Engineering College has switched to Online Academic activities from last 2 weeks.

Microsoft team tools, Skillrary, Zoom Plat forms are being used as online platform for the academic activities for wich both faculty & Students are found responding actively.

Thus teach from home and learn, work from home concepts is online for the canarites at present.

Principal with HoDs meeting with principal, department level faculty meetings are going online using available audio visual communication tools. Online video lectures, courses, Classes, Notes , Qustion bank sharing, Assignments, online discussion, project details, exams on trail basis are the various activies conducted on these online platforms successfully. Whatsap groups and other social media options are also being used for academic activities keeping in view of the AICTE directives for academic activities in this period.

Dr. Ganesh V. Bhat Principal along with HODs are guiding this online activities . H. Nagesh Shenoy & Alok Ranjan from Faculty are backing the online platform with their technical assistance.

In addition to this all the HODs, Faculty, Staff & Students are happily involved in the best possible social service activity in the fight against covid 19 in their native place.
