Mangalore : A person hailing from Garodi in Kankanady has been arrested by the immigration officials at Mangalore airport on December 28, Friday for travelling using the passport of another person.

The accused Santosh Kumar (52) had with him  the passport of one  Dayanand Narayana Poojari from Sakinaka in Mumbai.  He had arrived by a flight from Dubai when he was arrested and handed over to Bajpe police.

The authorities are wondering how Santosh could escape the eyes of immigration officials in Dubai.
