Mangalore: Vijaya Narasimha, ME., D.B.F, has taken charge as per state Govt, notification, as the new Managing Director of Mangalore Electricity Supply Company (MESCOM), with effect from Monday, May 23 at the local office.
He joined KEB in 1977, as probationary assistant EE (F), and was promoted gradually to the post o Chief Engineer (E).
He was also connected with Mysore Chamundeshwari Electricity Supply Corporation and Bangalore Power Co. of Karnataka, as MD. Before assuming the new charge, he was in Bangalore’s Karnataka Electricity Factory, as MD as well.
