Meti accused of asking sexual favours; Muthalik demands Minster’s resignation

Pramod MuthalikUdupi: A day after Karnataka Excise Minister H Y Meti was accused of asking sexual favours from a woman said to be in the Ayush Department, Sri Rama Sene chief Pramod Muthalik demanded that the Minister resign.

Addressing the media, Muthalik said that though there were several scams against ministers, the Chief Minister defended them; however, now he had to see that Minister Yeti resigned.

He added that the government should have protected the RTI activist who exposed the matter, but instead he received threats.
