Mangalore : The third convocation of the Nitte University was held at the KS Hegde Auditorium at Derlakatte on September 14, Saturday.

 Dr K  Mohandas, Vice Chancellor of Kerala University of Health Sciences who delivered the convocation address stressed the need for more research in medical field.

N Vinay Hegde, Chancellor of Nitte University, awarded degrees to the medical graduates. He  urged  them to be hard working and strive for excellence.

In all 375 graduates received their degrees.

Dr M Shantharam Shetty, Dean of Nitte University, Dr Alka Kulkarni, Registrar (Evaluation), Dr HV Sudhaker Nayak, Registrar, Rajashekhar, Staff Development Programme Director and others were present.
