Mangalore : Oscar Fernandes, the Rajya Sabha MP and noted choreographer and dance guru Dharmesh Sir from Mumbai visited Bhagini Samaj, a home for poor and orphaned children in Mangalore on Dec 4, 2011.

Dharmesh, who came to participate in a dance event, interacted with the children and said that he feels a special bond with the children and that he would like to open an ashram for poor children in future. Around 34 children greeted Mr. Oscar Fernandes and Mr. Dharmesh when they arrived at the ashram.

Mr. Fernandes also distributed oranges and apples among the children.
