Mangaluru : The Weather Department has issued a Red Alert for Dakshina Kannada, Udupi and Uttara Kannada districts on August 7, Sunday. 

The coastal districts have been receiving torrential rain since a few days. The Weather Department had earlier issued a Red Alert till August 6, Saturday morning. Now there has been a Red alert on August 7 too and heavy rain is expected.
