Bantwal: In a fresh development in Sajipa Nasir’s murder case and attempt to murder on Sajipa Mustafa, Supreme Court has sacked the plea of three suspects against the High Court order.

The district court had granted bail to three suspects Vijeth Kumar, Kiran Poojary and Anil alias Dhanu. Questioning this Nasir’s family members had approached HC to cancel the bail order. Upon hearing the arguments the HC had issued stay order on the bail order issued by lower court.

This order of HC was questioned in Supreme Court by the suspects. But the SC has upheld the order of HC.

Nasir, mason by profession was hacked to death on September 7, 2015 by four people. Auto driver Mustafa was also injured severely in the attack. Police had arrested three people with connection to the murder, but another accused Abhijith is still absconding.
