Mangaluru: In a tragic incident that occurred at a tile factory at Ganjimutt near here, one person identified as Venkatappa Kulal (38) died when the centering of the slab that was being put around a well collapsed.

The deceased person is a resident of Siddakatte in the taluk of Bantwal. Another labourer Ashok Shet is injured in the sudden accident.

The body of deceased Venkappa is kept in the mortuary of a private hospital of the city.
