Mangalore : Prashamsa team of Kaup has won the first prize in the ‘Bale Thelipaale’ Tulu comedy competition held at Shasthavu Sri Bhoothanatheshwara Temple at Badaga Yedapadavu, Mijar, Mangalore received.
