Dr Chandra Gupta appointed new IGP of Western Range

Mangaluru : Dr Chandra Gupta has been appointed as the new IGP of Western Range. The erstwhile IGP Devajyothi Ray has been transferred by the government with immediate effect. Dr Chandra Gupta is an IPS officer of the 2006 batch. He was earlier serving as Commissioner of Police.
