The two-day AIMIT national level IT event ends

amit Mangalore: The valedictory function of a 2-day Information Technology programme at the national level held by AIMIT in its Beeri Campus, came to an end on Friday.

Dikshit Rai, CEO of Code craft and an Aloysian was chief guest on the closing occasion. He spoke of his journey as a young entrepreneur, inspiringly.

amit He ruled out any magic wand or a definite chant (Mantra) to reach the top or climb a hill. If one is confused about what one should achieve, it was alright with him.

Opportunities keep knocking on one’s door, and one has to grab them, as everything can be done in good time, he advised young listeners and asked them to drive hard. It appears that he was offered a big post, but wanted to do something on his own, and that made a big difference, instead of resting on oars, he said.

amit Dr. Ozzie Mascarenhas, MBA department chief, preside, and referred to Vinod Khosla, and innovator in IT world, to think big. He also pointed to virologist Nathan Wolfe, to work on digital data to solve world problems.

Fr. Denzil Lobo Referred to CEO Dikshit Rai as a young Steve Jobs amongst them, bringing novelties in I.T. Arun D’Silva summarized the 2 days proceeds in  creative thinking. Annapoorna thanked the gathering Certificates to participants, and awards to various winners of competitions, were distributed.

Nitte’s MCA Team won the overall Championship.
