Tulu inscription traced partly buried in field at Aranthodu

ancient stoneKasargod : An ancient stone bearing Tulu inscription was found partly buried in thefield belonging to Narayana Shetty of Aranthodu in Kidar near Kumble in Kasargod.

It is said that, earlier too such kind of inscription was traced at Herur, which is three kilometers away from Aranthodu and said to have connection with the traditional house of Bambrana Guthu at Herur.

The inscription was discovered by Kodlamogaru Special Village Officer Shankara Kunjattur and writer along with Shivram Shetty, Narayana Shetty, Ramachandra Bengere and Sharath.
