Kinnigoli: Shambhu Kumar Kinnigoli, who was serving as Yakshagana artiste in Kateelu Mela, committed suicide by hanging himself.

He has been serving in Yakshagana for many years and served in Puttur and Bappanadu Melas.

He has been conducting Hoigegudde a small mela with the name of Umamaheshwara temple for the last few years and this time they were conducting two small melas under the same name.
