Bantwal : The 2 persons who were missing from their homes and work places in Bantwal were founded on Monday Nov.25 at Pavoor on the banks of Nethravathi River washed out by flowing waters and found by police as dead bodies on Monday.

Shivaraj (18), Sumithra (19) were working in different work places and were stated to be attracted to each other without parental consent.  Obviously there was opposition to their marriage and they were missing for some days and local people were looking out for them a police compliant also had been registered against them.

This complicated matters further and the couple in love possibly jumped into the river to meet their end and body were washed away by the river by Pavoor in DK District.
