Sullia: A youth tried to commit suicide by consuming poison at Kadaba primary health centre toilet room, on Wednesday.

Divakar (26) son of Nagappa Gowda resident of Renjala is the person who attempted suicide.
He was a pick-up driver by profession. He had been to the hospital and consumed poison.

Hospital staff, who observed him consuming the poison immediately gave him first aid and sent him to Puttur hospital through 108 ambulance.

Kadaba police have visited the spot.
