Khader, minister for health and family welfare, received the prestigious Gandhi Darshan award-2013 for his rural health projects and Anna Hazare, Indian Social activist received the special Gandhian award during a function hosted by Media Research Institute the famous Gandhian organization, at Putharikandam grounds in Thiruvananthapuram on Wednesday, January 29.
