Mangaluru: “Congress is in my blood and no one can separate me from Congress. I am in Congress party since Nehru’s time,” said former union minister and veteran Congress leader Janardhana Poojary.
Addressing the press personnel on Thursday at Mangaluru Press Club, he said that he didn’t received any notice from the high command and further challenged to expel him from the party today itself. So that he can start his fight from now on.
“I am being called as anti-Congressman for giving advices for the betterment of the party. Freedom of speech has been snatched from me. I don’t feel bad if I get expelled from the party,” he said.
He further said that if CM siddaramaiah has any self respect then he should expel Meti from the party. He is more interested in saving Meti than saving the party.
“Prime Minister Narendra Modi should apologise to the people of this country openly for causing trouble to the people in the name of demonetisation. He should revoke his orders. Modi should be thrown out from his post by RSS,” he urged.
