Lockdown violation: A Case registered against Bantwala person crossing Kerala border

Bantwal-policeBantwal : A person who was worked in the Mallappuram district of Kerala arrived Karnataka after the 2nd lockdown was announced on April 11, neglecting the medical examination.

Mohammed Ashraf, a resident of Pudu village in Bantwal taluk arrived to Mangalore by a lorry and was staying at a relative’s house in Bollai of Sajipamooda village in Bantwal taluk.

The Bantwal police has registered a case against him and placed him in a quarantine hospital.

A case of Section 269, 270 IPC has been registered against him at Bantwal city police station for violating the government order and crossing the inter state border.
