New Trains and timings in July

Train to connect Mangalore - KolkataMangalore: From Tuesday July 2 onwards, the Mumbai-Mangalore Express train will run daily, according to a press release from Railways.
The tri-weekly Yeshwantpur (Bangalore) –Mangalore (Central) train would be extended to provide a regular link of the entire coastal region to the capital and IT city of Bangalore within Karnataka. However only Mangalore junction at Padil will be connected not the terminus station in city area on this route.
One of the new trains reaching Mangalore is Mangalore Central Howrah (Santagachi) Super fast Weekly Vivek Express passing through Tamil Nadu at Coimbatore and Andhra at Tirupathi, without touching Kerala, on only Saturdays and Mondays.
The Vivek Express leaves Mangalore Central at midnight on Saturdays only and reach Howrah by 11-50 noon on Mondays with Sunday entirely spent on the moving train by passengers.
A Kochuveli (Kerala)-Bhavanagar (Gujerat) Express via Mangalore junction reaches Padil station halting at Udupi (Indrali) station, Kumta and Karwar in (north) Kanara District on way.
Another Kochiveli (Kerala)- Porbandur (Saurashtra) trainj passes through Mangalore Junction at Padil, stopping at Karwar, Udupi and Kasaragod (Kerala).
A super fast Train between Palakkad and Mangalore will start running in Jul, leaving Mangalore Central at 12 noon and reaching Palakkad at 7-25 next mornings through prominent Kerala towns on way.
